Timberland Weathergear Work Jacket + Removable Liner
Timberland Weathergear Work Jacket + Removable Liner
Timberland was born when Nathan Swartz became the owner of Abington Shoe Company and learned the process of injection-moulding to create the iconic weatherproof Timberland boot in 1973. The popularity of the boot meant that by 1978 the company had rebranded entirely, re-naming themselves after their best-selling product. After ever-growing success through the 1980s and 90s, Timberland utilised their expertise to launch the ‘Weathergear’ line of clothing that aimed to produce high quality functional garments to withstand the same conditions as their footwear lines.
This particular piece from the F/W2000 collection of the Weathergear line features a heavy duty canvas exterior with 2 chest compartments and 2 lower hand pockets. There is also a removable liner for warmth. The jacket features an incredible natural sunfade across the back.
Good condition with some signs of wear and age - beautiful natural sunfade.
