Salomon Advanced Skin Asymmetrical Insulated Jacket

Salomon began their journey in 1947 when Francois Salomon established his metalworks shop near the French Alps. By the 1970s they had established themselves as leading ski binding manufacturers and developed their innovative process further into producing wider ranges of ski equipment. After transferring their expertise over into the hiking industry and developing their first range of trail footwear, they were acquired by Adidas in 1997 which saw an increase in their development of clothing and sportswear. The ‘Advanced Skin’ range was an outlet for technical design during this period with a strong focus on comfort and body movement being seen in their design approach.

This particular piece from the 2005 ‘Advanced Skin’ line features a lightweight nylon construction with primaloft insulation for warmth. The asymmetrical zipper curves around the fleece-lined chest pocket and the ventilation zips wrap around the sides of the body. The hand pockets and interior stash pocket are also fleece-lined for warmth.

Great condition with minor signs of wear.
