Oakley TFG Bag

Oakley TFG Bag

Oakley was founded in 1975 by avid motocross fan Jim Jannard who named the brand after his pet dog ‘Oakley Anne’. He started out by producing motorcycle grips constructed from a unique rubber material that he had created called ‘Unobtainium’, which offered a far better grip in wet conditions than any grips around at the time. It wasn’t until 1984 that Oakley made their move into the eyewear market, which they would go on to completely revolutionise. During the 90s they decided to transfer their innovative expertise into the clothing market. The ‘Tactical Field Gear’ label specialised in producing pieces with highly technical designs and heavy military influence that were built to handle any conditions. Accessories from this line gained Oakley some popularity for their designs and further cemented their position as a leader of innovation.

This sling bag is constructed from a heavy-duty nylon weave with nylon lining and padded sections for comfort. There are multiple storage options on this bag, with open sections at the front and back, a large, zipped compartment with padding for valuables and an expandable tactical section with a range of different cargo storage options. There are also hidden features such as a retractable card holder in the back section and a mesh bottle holder which is concealed in a large compartment at the front of the bag. There is also a removable strap and several attachment options on the side of the bag. With the high-quality build and wide range of great technical features, It is easy to see why the ‘Tactical Field Gear’ line is so popular.
