Moschino Mainline Green Suede Jacket
Moschino Mainline Green Suede Jacket
Moschino was born in 1983 when founder, Franco Moschino, transferred his passion for prints and colour across from his career as a painter to the world of fashion. Starting with some illustration work for Versace and breaking away to start his namesake brand, Moschino quickly gained recognition for his remastering of the classic styles of other luxury fashion houses with a playful twist, adding a boldness that many had not been used to seeing in the world Italian high fashion. Moschino was able to solidifying its position as one of the great luxury fashion houses by remaining true to this design ethos, whilst creating diffusion lines that also appealed to youth culture through the 90s and 2000s era.
This particular piece from the 2000s features a beautiful green suede leather construction in the typical biker style, with an asymmetrical zip and collar that can be secured in different styles. There are 2 standard pockets, a chest pocket and a small stash compartment on the front.
Good overall condition with some signs of wear and age - notable marks on elbows.
