Dockers Heavy Duty Work Trousers 2000s

Dockers was launched in 1986 as a division of Levi’s Strauss & Co with the aim of creating a sub-brand that would focus mainly on the smart-casual style through the production of all-purpose khaki trousers. Dockers had been at the forefront of the rise of business-casual style across the U.S. in the early 1990s, increasing Levi’s market share and allowing them to compete with other brands like Gap who were also pioneering this style at the time. Approaching the 2000s, in-house designers experimented with new styling, entering the workwear market, and even forming a collaborative line with Massimo Osti after he left Stone Island, labelled “Equipment for Legs”.

This particular pair of trousers is from the Docker’s Heavy Duty workwear line and features a very durable nylon-blend construction. There are 2 standard front and back pockets and 2 extra compartments by the hem on the lateral side of the calf, for easy access when kneeling. There is also a double-knee section for added durability and zips along the back of each calf for desired fit.

Good condition with some minor signs of wear and age.
